Located on the wonderful Diaporos Island and thanks to its elevated position and spacious terraces, Halkidiki Villa Treasure exceptional vantage point offers stunning sunrise and sunset views, panoramic views of the island, and of Mount Athos experiencing a palette of unique colors.

Surrounded by sandy white beaches with calm and warmed turquoise water, the private jetty with easy access is perfect to anchor for big yachts and sailing boats. This luxury secluded haven stretches over more than 2.200m² in a private park on the northeast side of Diaporos island.

The housing part of the villa covers a total of 286 m² including the main villa of 186 m², the external studio of 39 m², and an independent staff house of 29 m², (with 32 m² warehouse facilities).

Halkidiki Villa Treasure features four bedrooms, a summer, and a winter sitting room, one looking to the natural gulf of Kryftos and the other to Mount Athos.  
Villa Treasure accommodates 6 guests in the main villa and 2 guests in the external private studio. Additional accommodation includes an independent staff house. The latest quality standards in construction set the preservation of the island’s resources as their highest priority, while they serve to enhance the natural ecosystem. The villa is equipped with solar panel energy.

The 55 m² first floor features a master bedroom with a living room and en-suite bathroom with vivid effortless luxury and majestic views to Kryftos and Mount Athos.
