Villa Helen is a two-level private villa with an Aegean Sea view. It is situated in a private paradise of 15 acres, filled with Greek olive trees and Mediterranean aromatic plants, only a seven-minute walking distance from Fourka Beach and within fifteen-minute walking distance of Fourka Village. Villa Helen offers private parking, a private pool and a private garden, and a fully-equipped kitchen.

Villa Helen can comfortably accommodate up to eight people. Designed with high-aesthetics and Art Deco elements, the villas offer one open plan ground floor consisting of a spacious living room area, a fully-equipped modern kitchen, a double bedroom, and a shower bathroom. In every room, there is either an a/c or a ceiling fan.

There is direct access to the outdoor seating area and your comfortable outdoor dining area from the ground floor so you would dine facing the Aegean Sea. Right next to it you will find your private pool and your comfortable build-in sofas with Moroccan pillows, shades-equipped for serene moments. The outdoor area also provides an outdoor shower with hot water. Enjoy a coffee or a cocktail in your private garden, which is filled with all kinds of Mediterranean aromas.

On the first floor, you will find a luxury 30 sq.m. master suite, consisting of a double bed and a comfortable secondary space with a queen-size bed. You will also find one more double bedroom with a queen-size bed and a shower bathroom. What’s more, the first floor consists of two large terraces with a sweeping sea view.
